The International Academy of Kuwait has a strong tradition of teaching in English and many of our students can communicate well in the spoken and the written language. We serve a multi-cultural and multi-national student body, with an emphasis on academic learning based on the UK National Curriculum and Cambridge IGCSE examinations. In Year 12 our students follow the Cambridge international A level course in preparation for university entrance. Our student population mainly local ex-patriate Arab families as well as Kuwaiti nationals. It is our ultimate aim to provide an environment for our students to take chances with their learning and development. IAK provides a balanced education with a strong academic focus.
